Michelin-Recognized Establishments in Cebu

Out of the 108 establishments recognized in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Manila, Environs & Cebu 2026, 18 are from Cebu City, comprising 12 Michelin Selected restaurants and 6 Bib Gourmand awardees—solidifying Cebu’s status as a world-class food destination, from restaurants to carinderias.
In Cebu, two standout restaurants earned the Michelin Guide Selected distinction—DIP Nikkei at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort and Enye by Chele Gonzalez at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan.
DIP Nikkei stands as Cebu’s first true Peruvian-Japanese restaurant, showcasing the vibrant tradition of Nikkei cuisine—a daring blend of Peruvian flavors and Japanese culinary techniques. It is known for its fresh seafood and lively taste profiles, the restaurant highlights signature creations such as Octopus Rosita Yimura, Crab Sweet Kimchi Causa, and Maki Acevichado.
Meanwhile, Enye by Chele Gonzalez combines contemporary Spanish gastronomy with the inviting spirit of Filipino hospitality, delivering flavors that are both sophisticated and comforting. Among its standout creations are Cebu Lechon Tacos, squid ink paella, and a variety of inventive dishes, all enjoyed in a stylish yet laid-back setting with views of Mactan.
Other Michelin Guide Selected restaurants include Abli, ATO-AH, Benjarong, Coco, House of Lechon, Lantaw (Compostela), Maya, Pares-Pares, Sialo, and Socarrat.
Meanwhile, the Bib Gourmand distinction was awarded to Abaseria Deli & Café, CUR8, Esmen, Lasa, Pares Batchoy Food House, and The Pig & Palm.
Cebu’s food landscape is authentic and world-class, showcasing a rich blend of culinary traditions, innovative flavors, and globally recognized dining experiences.
