He encourages continuous learning, teamwork across generations, and a culture where everyone can share ideas.
Enrik, Head of Digital Marketing, brings creativity and a strong digital mindset to the company. He uses technology, including AI, to study data and improve how the company connects with customers. He believes innovation should always respect the company’s core values. Before launching big changes, he prefers testing ideas on a smaller scale to see what works best. /JOB
Both brothers believe sustainability and social impact are no longer optional. BE Group supports green building practices, energy efficiency, and environmental programs, including ocean cleanups. They also prioritize hiring local talent and working with Cebuano suppliers to help strengthen the local economy.
