In 2024, he was assigned to the group’s flagship property in Cebu—Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. This property is the biggest among the brand and one of the largest event venues in Cebu.
Mr. Banting is known for his collaborative leadership style. He prefers to be on the ground with his team, working closely with them in day-to-day operations. His journey across different Waterfront properties has not been easy, especially as a family man.
He believes that staying present and grounded is key to handling the pressures that come with the role.
